When happens when you subscribe?

We will send you login details via email within 24 hours. After we have verified your identity, you will have full access to Computing Lab for 30 days. After (or during) your trial period, you can choose whether to upgrade to a paid plan or to cancel.

How does payment work?

At any point during (or after) your trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan. You can supply a purchase order number & finance office email and we will send an invoice. This can be paid via bank transfer or bank card. Your access will not be interrupted.

How to change plan?

If you wish to move to a more expensive plan, send us an email at: [email protected]. We will send you a pro-rata invoice for the remainder of the year. You can downgrade your plan at the end of the year.
